Fully qualified as an electrician, and previously self-employed, Daryl acquired PES some years ago. He has subsequently built a team of certified electricians and has grown the business substantially.

Daryl has worked with many different types of clients and is a great problem solver – using his extensive knowledge to ensure even the most complex and challenging projects are successful. He also creates strongly focused strategies and systems that deliver exactly what clients need. All this whilst contributing to the winning reputation of PES throughout Sussex. Not bad at all!

April might just be the person who answers the phone when a client calls and will often look after coordinating diaries, overseeing orders and generally looking after the office.

Since joining the PES team, April has been impressed by how reliable and efficient the team is and believes that communication is regularly proven to be the number one priority for all her colleagues.

Nathan joined PES in 2015 and is an indispensable part of the team. He is Daryl’s right-hand man, offering a key liaison point between the business and its customers.

Nathan has qualified not once but twice as an electrician: once in the UK and then again in Europe. He is therefore fully able to work on projects throughout the whole of Europe. Nathan specialises in electrical services for businesses and is an expert in scoping, designing and implementing electrics throughout commercial enterprises.

Alfie has been with the business since 2014.

As an experienced electrician, he provides excellent services to both domestic and commercial customers and was recently the on-site manager of a seven-month project as a key player in the merger of two factories. He really enjoyed the challenge of completing the installation on-time and within budget.

Ben is a fully qualified electrician who works extensively with commercial and domestic customers. He works hard to deliver a wide variety of installations to high standards and thoroughly enjoys the satisfaction of a job well done.

Tiernam (or TJ as he’s better known) was previously a PES Apprentice and is now a fully qualified electrician with extensive experience across a wide variety of electrical installation projects. He loves working with clients throughout the Sussex area.

Dean has five years’ experience as a fully qualified electrician for both domestic and commercial works, and previously ran his own business before joining the PES team in 2019. Dean brought with him considerable experience of project planning, building great customer relations and has really enjoyed being part of a wider team that looks after larger industrial projects yet continues to take care of small domestic jobs.

Kaelam has been a fully qualified electrician for over two years’ and looks after both commercial and domestic jobs.

He enjoys all works, from the ‘bitty bits’ that come from working with valued domestic clients, to the large installations such as fuse boards and big isolation projects he relishes with commercial clients.

Ryan is a third year Apprentice and will soon be fully qualified as an electrician. He loves that no job is too small, nor big for the PES team and is currently working on a huge upgrade project that spans both domestic and commercial work.

He is proud to be part of a team that sees every person wanting to do their best by their clients, and looks forward, ultimately, to being fully qualified!

Dan is our lead when it comes to all things data cabling and networks. He has specialised in this area since 2006 and as a qualified electrician to boot, he can pretty much turn his hand to anything. Dan joined the team in March 2018 and is happy with any job we throw at him – large or small.
